General terms

AGE
As a rule, the minimum age for taking part in our courses is 18.
Contact us for younger students.

PAYMENTS
To access any of our courses, you have to pay a €125 reserve deposit (only intensive courses) by credit card, bank transfer or paypal, and this amount will be deducted from the total course price.
You have to pay €25 for registration fees apart from the course cost. This amount will be used for your course material.
The cost of the course will be paid at the start, except for long courses that will be paid from 1 to 5 of each month.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made less than 3 weeks from the start will not be entitled to the return of the deposit.
Likewise, if after starting the course the student drops out, he/she will not be entitled to the return of the total amount of it.
Contract our cancellation insurance policy or other similar insurance policy in your country to cover these situations.
All cancellations should be in writing, either by fax or to our e-mail.

INSURANCE POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS OR INTERRUPTIONS
This is an insurance policy that allows the student to recover the amount spent on the course he/she is going to carry out, and this policy will take care of this cost if due to a bona fide reason it is impossible for him/her to carry out the trip.
It will also guarantee the refund of the days not enjoyed if the student were to have to interrupt his/her stay for the same reasons as for having to cancel the course before starting it.
Click here to see all of the information on the insurance policy (in Spanish or in English).

TRAVEL INSURANCE + STUDENT CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY
We understand that students who attend a course abroad for a long period should be covered against any unforeseen event or need that may arise, and for this reason, we offer a product with broad cover and high compensation limit (in Spanish).

RESPONSIBILITY
Spanishheaven.com has taken out an insurance policy that covers damage that the students may suffer and that may give rise to civil responsibility in the school, on trips, parties, extra curricular activities, cultural visits or in the homes of the families.
Spanishheaven.com does not take on any responsibility whatsoever for accidents or damages that affect students outside the aforementioned places.
Students should have taken out travel and international medical insurance in their country of origin before travelling.

ACCOMMODATION
Students who choose to rent a flat, shared or not, should be aware that normally they will be asked to pay an amount as a deposit in the event of any damages to the flat. This amount will be proportional to how long they stay and returned after checking that the flats are in a good condition.

VISA REQUIREMENTS
Students from EU countries do not need a visa to enter Spain. Student visa for Spain may not be required depending on the length of study and nationality of the student.

Visa support letter

On request, Spanish Heaven Spanish Courses will send you a letter confirming that your application has been received or a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies. This can be used to support your application for a visa.
Spanish Heaven Spanish Courses will send you the acceptance letter as soon as we receive the deposit payment of your booking.
If your visa application is unsuccessful, we will refund all monies paid on receipt of a copy of the letter of refusal from the Spanish authorities (Spanish Consulates or Visa Section of a Spanish Embassy) every time we received this document at least 30 days before the start of your course.
